Tracy/Patrick Wedding 27 June, 2009

Saturday afternoon, 27 June 2009 at 3 PM in the Summerlea sanctuary, after 20 years of pre-marital bliss, Tracy and Patrick made it official in the company of a large number of family and friends and their children Philip (5) and Raphaëlle (1). The previous week at the Sunday service, Philip had invited the Summerlea congregation to attend as well, and they did so with gusto. Rev. Howard Clark led the informal and friendly service, with readings by Jessica Borgeaud, Isabelle Bérubé and Rodney Scollard. At the end of the service, Philip led the congregation in singing "Magic Penny", by Malvina Reynolds. The following morning, all four of them were at the Sunday service in celebration of Howard's retirement. Our very best wishes for health and happiness in the coming years to Patrick, Tracy, Philip and Raphaëlle.

Tracy was radiant as she approached the front of the church.

Philip sang "Magic Penny" to end the service (sorry for the poor photo) and then the family of four came down the aisle to the applause of the assemblage.

On the lawn after the service we snapped a couple of shots of some of the family and friends present.
