Annual General Meeting 2010

Summerlea's annual general meeting took place after the Sunday service 7
February 2010. Folks first ate the lunch they had brought, with dessert and
coffee provided by those mysterious Summerlea providers. The meeting was presided by Board Chairman Keith Field and Secretary Sheila Hébert. Rev. Heather MacDougall opened the meeting by lighting candles in memory of Summerlea folk who have died in the last year, as listed in the annual report. One addendum was Audrey Miles, wife of former minister Tom Miles. Heather then offered a prayer. All reports were accepted as printed in the published report, with one correction in the financial report - the 2009 budget should read 2010 budget. The nominees include Sheila Hébert to replace Keith Field as Board Chairperson. |
