Sunday, 15 April 2012, marked the last day of Rolanda Taylor's
internship at Summerlea, which began last September. She will now
go on to prepare for her ordination in May, followed by
travel to Saskatchewan to take on her first charge as an
ordained minister. The Sunday service included a "Decovenanting and Commissioning" ceremony in which Rolanda's association with Summerlea is officially terminated. Following the service, refreshments were offered in Acadia Hall, along with some items for Rolanda to remember Summerlea by. |
