Taken from Jane Cowell-Poitras' Facebook page April 30, 2012. I am a particularly proud mother today! (And I am sure Sébastien is a proud Papa in heaven as well). Gabrielle learned over the weekend that she has been chosen to be class valedictorian and she will give the traditional speech to her peers during the graduation ceremonies in June for the Faculty of Arts at McGill University! (Her department just boycotted classes for 3 weeks so she is no longer on strike!) Our congratulations to Gabrielle and to proud mother Jane. |
